Booking terms

Draft terms — to be reviewed before launch.

1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email with a booking reference. Prices are per vehicle, for up to 8 passengers, and include fuel and taxes.

2. Payment

Depending on the option chosen at booking, payment is made online by card, as an online deposit with the balance paid to the driver, or in full to the driver on the day.

3. Cancellations and changes

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. For cancellations within 24 hours, or if passengers do not show up, the full price may be charged. Changes are free subject to availability.

4. Delays

For airport pickups we monitor your flight and wait at no extra cost for delays. For other pickups, the driver waits 15 minutes after the booked time; additional waiting may be charged.

5. Luggage and passengers

The number of passengers may not exceed the number booked. Please tell us about oversized luggage in advance. Children must travel in a suitable child seat, which we provide on request.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for missed flights or connections caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, road closures or weather.
