Do you only drive in Halkidiki and Thessaloniki?
No. We are based in Thessaloniki and Halkidiki, but we drive anywhere in Greece — for example to Athens, Meteora, Kavala or Volos. See transfers across Greece and ask for a quote.
How much is a private transfer from Thessaloniki Airport to Halkidiki?
The price depends on the destination and is fixed for the whole vehicle, for 1 to 8 passengers. Choose your route in the booking form to see the exact price before you book. Prices for the most popular routes are listed on each destination page.
How many passengers can the vehicle take?
Up to 8 passengers, plus the driver. The vehicle has room for around 8 medium suitcases with 8 passengers on board; with fewer passengers it takes more luggage. If you are travelling with large or unusual items, tell us when booking.
Can I book a transfer from Thessaloniki Airport to Sithonia?
Yes. We drive to every resort in Sithonia, including Nikiti, Neos Marmaras, Porto Carras, Vourvourou, Toroni and Sarti. See Sithonia transfers.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Add baby seats or booster seats in the booking form and tell us the children's ages in the notes. They are fitted before you get in.
Can I book a return transfer?
Yes. Tick "Add return journey" in the booking form and choose the date and time of your return. Both journeys are on one booking.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time to the actual landing time at no extra cost. Please give us your flight number when booking.
Can I book a private transfer for 8 people?
Yes. The price is per vehicle, not per person, so a group of 8 pays the same as a couple on the same route.
Where will the driver meet me at Thessaloniki Airport?
In the arrivals hall, right after you exit baggage reclaim and customs. The driver holds a sign with your name. Their phone number is in your confirmation email.
How do I pay?
You see the payment options on the booking form. Depending on the booking you can pay the driver on the day, or pay online by card.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Reply to your confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference. See our booking terms for the cancellation policy.
Is the transfer shared with other passengers?
No. Every booking is private: the vehicle and driver are only for your group.
Can we stop on the way?
Yes. Add an extra stop in the booking form, for example at a supermarket before you reach your villa.
